Edinburgh house flood uncovers Cannabis Farm.

An Edinburgh man who wishes to remain annonamis returned home yesterday morning to discover water flooding his kitchen and livingroom area from the above neighbours house. He contacted the local council and his housing assocation Dunedin Canmore for emergency help to gain access, to what they thought must be a burst water pipe due to the extreme cold weather conditions. After several phone calls and a four hour wait the occupier was no further forward in his pursuit of a remidy, as he watched  the flooding slowly destroy his home. Eventualy the landlord owner of the above flat arrivied without keys and said he would return shortly with keys to turn of his mains water supply. As the local athorities including the police waited the landlord  then sent a plumber back one hour later with the keys.
When the athorities opened the door to turn of the flats water supply they were shocked to find that the occupants had one of the largest cannabis farms ever found in Edinburgh. The flat was promptly sealed of and police have stood guard overnight awaiting the arrival off their forensic team today.
